All this soap and detergent seep through the garbage stuffed storm water drains, ending up in the already highly TOXIC rivers, streams and the bay and eventually into the sea - KILLING THE ENVIRONMENT...!

1(k)
No person shall deposit in any street, highway, lane or other unauthorized place any refuse, or rubbish, whether solid or liquid, or leave any hay, paper, straw, forage, reeds, or any such like materials in any street or road, or allow any such materials as aforesaid to obstruct any gutter, drain or watercourse.
1(m)
No person shall cause or allow any foul or polluted water or any foul liquid or matter to run or flow from any factory or other premises into any public or private street, road or lane; or allow any such water, liquid, or matter to run or flow into any land or premises so as to cause a nuisance.
1(n)
No person shall commit any act tending to the pollution of water intended for public use.
1(o)
No person shall cleanse or wash any vehicle, animal, or any offensive article or utensil in any street or road.
All stormwater drain covers in San Francisco USA have a painting of a FISH on the cover to warn and remind the public of the dangers of the pollution going into stormwater drains killing all the fish in the bay and sea.

A BLACK Mugger followed me again all over town 2h00pm Saturday 2009_04_11 when I went to collect my post, Main Post Office, Durban.
He followed me for +-1500 metres.
BLACK aged +-24 years dressed in blue, fairly well dressed with small BRIEF CASE.
I wonder what’s in the Brief Case.
Muggers do NOT usually have a brief case or maybe this is a new disguise tactic.
Or maybe an ANC hit man.
He was very persistent and I had to actually chase him with my 2 SWAT Chili Pepper sprays.
He can run fast.
I stopped the Metro Police and informed them.
Later the same day 3 and a half hours later at 5h30pm on Saturday 2009_04_11 the SAME BLACK Mugger was AGAIN followed me.
I tried to spray him but he ran fast.
I reported the matter to 2 Black SAPS who tried to find him but he ran up Field Street into Smith Street.
The Police saw him but he was too far away.
I am putting a full report together for Director Harry SAPS CR SWAT Square Head Office.
I was in the SANDF shooting team for 15 years.

This time one of my SANDF shooting team friends was under cover.
We nearly caught him.
